Pittsburgh, PA – Silk Screen Asian Arts and Cultural Organization launches a fundraiser for
the 8th Silk Screen Asian American Film Festival season with Cranberry Township. On Saturday, March 23rd, Silk Screen will present Zumba Fitness at Cranberry Township Municipal Center.
Zumba Fitness is a World Music inspired cardio-dance workout that uses music and choreographed steps to form a fitness party atmosphere. Zumba’s choreography incorporates hip-hop, Bollywood, Belly Dance, Samba, Salsa and various other easy and fun dance moves! Over 14 million people take weekly Zumba classes in over 140,000 locations across more than 150 countries.
FOUR Amazing Zumba Instructors – Kelly Kochamba, Stefanie Priore, Lisa George, and Toni Sloan will be sure to keep the Asian-themed dance party going for 2 hours of amazing music mixes from all over Asia!

Kelly Kochamba, has been a dance-fitness instructor in Cranberry Township for years. Kelly is incredibly passionate about dance and Zumba Fitness, and she has great enthusiasm in teaching. Kelly likes to incorporate high impact Latin dance with Hip-Hop, Punjabi (Indian), and Bellydance. In her class, students can learn the new and different style of dances from her. Her goal is to get people fit and keep it fun with dance.
Stefanie Priore had been a student of Zumba for several years and eventually became a certified Zumba fitness instructor in 2010. Stefanie believes that Zumba has not only fun but also is a effective workout as Zumba can be tailored to meet anyone’s needs, fitness level, and ability.
Lisa George, has one primary goal as a fitness instructor – to motivate others to have success achieving their personal fitness goals one class at a time. Teaching fitness has been a dream job that she had embraced since beginning her own journey of health. Zumba is a class that adds the spice, the fun, and the spark to keep workouts simple, safe, yet fresh and trendy. Lisa hopes to continue enriching the lives of others with their fitness pursuits from her desire of fitness, experience, and dedication to a healthy lifestyle.
As a Zumba instructor, Toni Sloan enjoys teaching Zumba and she always brings the “party-like” atmosphere to the class. Toni makes her Zumba class fun and enjoyable. Cranberry Township Parks and Recreation offers Total Body Conditioning – a program that involves all types of classes designed to challenge your body and mind in different ways.
There is something for everyone ranging from “Lite” classes to Yoga, Zumba, Short Burst Training to Kickboxing and Les Mills Body Pump. You can pay by the class or pay by the month.
